THE FAST EFFECTS OF THE APITHERAPY

A MEDICINE BY THE HIVE PRODUCTS ULTRA-EFFECTIVE

From traditional apitherapy, practiced since ancient Egypt, modern apitherapy was born, a complementary branch of today's medicine, extremely effective in a preventive vision as in a curative vision. The nutritional and therapeutic interest of hive products has now been demonstrated. However, beware, not all beekeeping productions and products derived from the hive are equal. They must meet strict quality criteria in order to have an effective action on the animal’s organism.

So why is apitherapy so effective?

A GREEN MEDICINE, CLOSE TO THE ANIMAL AND BIOAVAILABLE

Hive products are perfectly adapted to animals. The bee is genetically closer to the animal than the plants. Hive products are bioavailable (assimilation and increased efficiency) : honey is predigested, the pollen proteins are directly assimilated by the animal’s organism.

EFFICIENT PRODUCTS WITHOUT ADDICTIVE EFFECT OR ACQUIRED RESISTANCE

Bees are constantly adapting to the appearance of microbes that harm the colony. This is the secret of the effectiveness of hive products: they act very quickly before the pathogen has had time to develop resistances. The body of the animal, like the hive, is populated by tiny living creatures (bacteria, viruses)… Some are harmful, but many others are very useful, some essential : They help the animal digest and protect against external aggressions. Hive products provide a positive seeding to the animal organism to fight harmful microbes and viruses.

A PERFECT SYNERGY

Beekeeping materials are not composed of isolated active ingredients but are a synergy of components that reinforce each other: More than 800 components were identified in propolis and over 300 in royal jelly. But we don’t know them all yet. What is certain is that we will never be able to reproduce in our laboratories such complexes. This maximum synergy allows a broad spectrum of action with only a few basic beekeeping ingredients.
What does "Apitherapy" mean?
"Api" comes from the Latin apis, bee. "Therapy" comes from ancient Greek (Therapeia), cure, care.
